Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Applicants are required to demonstrate compliance with minimum criteria in their request to participate. This will form the prequalification to proceed to the full tender stage.
1. Applicant shall provide last two years published accounts
2. Applicant shall provide relevant experience of general building projet works on railway stations – details to include trading partner, contract duration, approximate cost and a referee.
3. Evidence of working within Principal Contractors work site under CDM
4. Applicant shall provide details of compliance and accreditation to Railway Safety Standards in addition to providing ability to work safely on West Coast stations.
5. Applicant shall provide its core competencies
6. Applicant shall provide CSR policy and demonstration of environmental management systems in place
7. Applicant to demonstrate ability to improve Virgin Trains’ assets
8.Overview of critical success factors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
NB – These are prequalification questions and failure to answer these questions will result in applicants being rejected
