A single contractor is to be procured for the refurbishment of Queens House, Twickenham, presently a 9 storey office block. The project has been submitted for planning approval seeking approval of redevelopment, refurbishment and additional new build on the site that would provide 45 affordable units. The estimated construction value is 5.4 m GBP.
