The provision of works for Whole House refurbishment projects for public sector organisations in 153 regional lots throughout the UK. The arrangement will be awarded under 2 main workstreams:

(i) Workstream 1: whole house refurbishment — specialisms, covering kitchens and bathrooms and associated works, landscaping, electrical works, painting and decoration and heating services (Scotland only);

(ii) Workstream 2: multi-disciplinary services, covering a wide range of whole house refurbishment works, including the specialist works in Workstream 1. Workstream 2 will include the following key works:

— heating and electrical,

— disabled adaptations,

— supply, renewal of gas fired central heating and upgrading of boilers,

— electric heating installations,

— roofing,

— electrical wiring,

— cladding,

— renewal of windows and doors, including fire doors,

— fire detection, suppression systems, sprinklers.

LHC uses the following ratios to evaluate each tenderer’s financial status:

1) Turnover: at the selection questionnaire stage of this tender process, LHC will require the applicants to have the minimum annual turnover, for the financial years 2017-18 and 2018-19, as stated below. The turnover is calculated as one times the upper annual value band for Workstream 1 and Workstream 2 for financial years 2017-18 and 2018-19.

— 0 to 250 000 GBP = annual turnover of 250 000 GBP required by companies selecting this value band for financial years 2017-18 and 2018-19,

— 250 001 to 2 000 000 GBP = annual turnover of 2 000 000 GBP required by companies selecting this value band for financial years 2017-18 and 2018-19,

— 1 500 000 to 5 000 000 GBP = annual turnover of 5 000 000 GBP required by companies selecting this value band for financial years 2017-18 and 2018-19,

— over 5 000 000 GBP (Workstream 2 only) = annual turnover of 5 000 000 GBP required by companies selecting this value band for financial years 2017-18 and 2018-19.

2) Profitability: this is calculated as profit after tax but before dividends and minority interests.

3) Liquidity: this is calculated as current assets and work in progress, divided by current liabilities.

If a company passes both profitability and liquidity, the company meets the framework requirement.
