It is envisaged that there will be 3 Building Contractors and 3 Electrical Contractors in each of the 29 areas, with a Primary and two secondary contractors for each.

Sanctuary Housing are seeking to establish a four year framework of contractors to provide responsive maintenance and repairs including voids and planned works covering 29 contract areas across Scotland and England. It is envisaged that there will be 3 Building Contractors and 3 Electrical Contractors in each of the 29 areas, with a Primary and two secondary contractors for each.
The total annual value of the 58 lots is 15 000 000 GBP to 25 000 000 GBP, each of the lots range form 30 000 GBP to 2 500 000 GBP pa, details of the individual expenditure are detailed in the tender documents.
Applicants will only be able to apply for 5 Lots and will only be awarded a maximum of 3. Clearly apply for the lots you want to be considered for in the order of preference.
