Warwick District Council is seeking to award a Contract for the provision of Maintenance and upgrade of housing Door Entry Systems, Security Doors, CCTV AND Common Area Fire Detection Systems. This contract is being procured under the OJEU Open Procedure and conducted in accordance with the EU Directive 2014/24 EU, as implemented by the UK Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) (the ‘Regulations’).
Potential Providers are in accordance to the provision set out above invited to submit their tenders no later than 23:59 on 26.11.2015
The Contract shall be for 2 years with the option to extend for by a further 3 years at the agreement of both parties and provided that the Council is satisfied with the performance of the Provider. Any extension of the Contract shall be on the Terms and Conditions agreed in the initial period of Services provision, subject to any modifications that may be required.

If an appeal regarding the award of a contract has not been successfully resolved, The Public Contract Regulation 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or at risk of a harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). Where a contract has not been entered into the court may order the setting aside of the award decision or order the council to amend any document and may award damages. If the contract has been entered into the court may only award damages.
