The repairs and maintenance service was redesigned 2 years ag— using the Vanguard Systems Thinking methodology and continues t— evolve through continuous improvement. The purpose of the response repairs service is t— d— the right repair at the right time.
This service will consist of the following:

3.0— Provision of facilities t— assist disabled customers
— Out of hours repairs,
— Carpentry including new kitchens,
— Plumbing including new bathrooms,
— Wall tiling,
— PVCu windows and composite doors,
— Timber windows and external doors,
— Asbestos removal,
— Garage repairs,
— Locksmith services,
— Void Property Maintenance,
— Kitchen and bathroom refurbishment,
— Repairs as necessary t— maintain our property,
— Provision of facilities t— assist disabled customers,
— Showers and wet room facilities,
— Ramps, grab rails and alterations t— access.
Estimated value excluding VAT:
Range: between 2 500 000 and 3 750 000 GBP
