Dudley MBC is looking to purchase a HR and Payroll system capable of meeting the needs of the Council to support the delivery of its transactional HR and Payroll functions. It is expected that the system can be configured to meet the necessary requirements of the Council.
The system should deliver a fully integrated HR and Payroll system and it is not intended to be solely used by the HR and Payroll staff, it is the expectation that it is a self service package for both employees to keep up-to-date, initiate requests for leave, receive pay advice notifications and for line managers to use as a tool to help them deliver their HR responsibilities. This may result in a significant number of concurrent users at any one time.
