Description of the contract

To compliment our own existing capability Cefas wishes to bring in expert sea bird services to provide expert advice for the duration of this project. A project start up meeting will take place in Lowestoft to establish the detailed plan of work, with desk based advice then being provided as agreed with the Cefas project team. Key considerations will be attraction of sea birds to marine renewables, construction effects e.g. underwater noise and vessel disturbance. Outputs of the seabird work will form part of the overall report, rather than a stand alone report.
