Judith Kerr Primary School is looking to appoint a catering contractor to provide school meals from September 2015 for an initial period of 3 years.
Ideally you will have a strong presence in the London area so that you can provide an adequate level of resource base and contract support.
The bidding contractors must be able to show a proven track record of operating similar contracts within budget guidelines. Their are currently 150 pupils on roll, with this expected to rise to 350 by 2020.
You must be able to show an innovative approach to providing a school meal service in lines with healthy eating sourcing fresh local produce.
Please note, due to delayed construction of the new on-site kitchen, for the first half-term from September until October you must be able to provide an adequate delivered packed-lunch (as a minimum) for the pupils. This is a key requisite for this tender so please only apply if you have the capabilities to provide this service.
