Norfolk County Council took ownership of the 600 plus acre former RAF Coltishall site after buying it from the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) for 4 000 000 GBP in January 2013. The site, now known as Scottow Enterprise Park, represents a major economic asset with a variety of possible uses, and with significant potential to benefit the local and wider economy of Norfolk. In order to regenerate the site and create sustainable revenue for the Council over a long period of time, as well as create jobs in the local economy, the Council is looking to appoint two property agents to work in partnership with each other to sell, let and market the site.
