Description of the contract
The Authority has a requirement for a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver a research brief – Mobile Phones in Prisons – The demand and use of illicit mobile phones. The work is commissioned by NOMS Commissioning Strategies Group. This is a further competition against the Home Office Science and Research Group Methods and Topics Based Framework Agreement Lot M7 Qualitative Methods of Research. This further competition is only open to suppliers who are assigned to this lot on this Framework. The contractor will be required to carry out qualitative research as detailed in the attached specification and ultimately produce a high quality research report
