Description of the contract

To undertake a strategic feasibility study, which takes account of the outputs of previous research, and to provide recommendations and indicative costs covering the following work strands: I. Exploring the existing digital landscape for grants administration across government departments and their Arms Length Bodies (ALBs), where appropriate, to establish the scope available to utilise, enhance and embed existing architecture within a design for delivering an automated end-to-end solution for the administration of government grants. II. To consider further options for the delivery of a government grants data repository, both as a stand-alone option, and as part of a wider digital mechanism for grants administration, taking account of exiting data sources and data capture (within departmental shared services and finance functions) and any additional data requirements to deliver the vision for the full repository.

If you have not yet registered on the eSourcing Suite, this can be done online at https://gpsesourcing.cabinetoffice.gov.uk by following the link ‘Register for Crown Commercial Service eSourcing’. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so at the Invitation to Tender stage.
