Description of the goods or services required

River Clyde Homes (RCH) is a Registered Social Landlord responsible for the management of some 7,000 homes. We are seeking to put in place a Framework contract of 3 companies for Ad-Hoc Multi-Trade Responsive Repairs and Void Property Works, for the properties that are the responsibility of River Clyde Homes, and are located within the Inverclyde Area.

Total quantity or scope of tender

The annual expenditure for this work is anticipated to be in the region of £200k, although no guarantee can be given by River Clyde Homes to the amount of work or value that will be generated by this contract. River Clyde Homes have its own internal Housing Repairs Unit and works generated from this contract will occur as and when due to their workload they are unable to carry out works.

The Framework will run for an initial 2 year duration. RCH may, at its sole discretion, decide to extend any resultant agreement for a further 2, 12 month periods.
