The Council is seeking to appoint a leading property advisor to provide specialist retail letting advice and agency services to support the development manager and wider Northgate team. The successful organisation will be expected to undertake the following:
1. Preparation of ERV and incentive schedules;
2. Advice on affordable and sustainable rental levels;
3. Detailed retailer demand study with potential size requirements;
4. Tenant mix plans and gap analysis;
5. General Market intelligence and background research;
6. Advise on the optimum preleasing strategy;
7. Input into targeted retailer marketing presentations;
8. Provide a draft service charge budget and apportionment schedule for the use in pre let discussions;
9. Act as joint letting agent for the retail element of the Northgate Scheme;
10. Attend meetings with the Council and Project Team as required.
The Council is seeking an experienced company with international exposure, both in terms of offices and current deals.
