Description of particular conditions: The Service Provider is expected to be PSN compliant by the Contract Commencement Date and also to have arranged for access with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to the CIS system to enable it to access records for Harrow Council Benefits purposes. The Service Provider is expected to deliver the service applying open book principles. Employees to be allocated under this contract shall need to be the subject of a satisfactory basic Disclosure Scotland check. Please refer to the descriptive documents.
