Description of the contract

In February 2010, the Commission started its Inquiry into Human Trafficking in Scotland, within specific terms of reference. The Inquiry’s report was launched in November 2011. As per Schedule 2, section18 of the Equality Act 2006, the persons to whom a recommendation was made in an inquiry report must discharge a legal obligation to have regard to it. The Commission now wishes to contract with an individual or organisation to undertake a one-year-on review on the impact of the Inquiry’s recommendations to enable it to form an evidenced view of whether and how regard has been paid to them. Suppliers should note that there is no Expression of Interest stage and submissions are required by 12:00 Wednesday 12th September.
