This tender process will contain 8 Lots. 7 Lots will be for types of vehicle and Lot 8 will be for the disposal of the current Network Rail owned fleet. Network Rail seeks one lead supplier and one reserve supplier per Lot.

Network Rail wishes to competitively tender leased vehicles as ‘a one stop shop’; that is the base vehicle, any conversion required and associated livery is done by 1 point of contact, through one contract. It will be the responsibility of the supplier(s) to manage these requirements on our behalf.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Network Rail will incorporate a standstill period at the point of information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision.
The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
