Description of the contract

Works comprising the provision of external painting to include pre-paint repairs (namley the replacement of Facia, Soffits and Cladding with uPVC profiles and provision of new powder coated sheet metal rainwater goods) to council dwellings within the District of Uttlesford which covers the area of North Essex. The whole of the works will be carried out on occupied premises. The contractor will also be expected to carry out all surveys, provide condition reports and instigate work. Interested parties should contact Melanie Maguire to request a pre-qualification questionnaire. Questionnaires are to be completed and returned by 16:30 on Tuesday 14 February 2012.
