II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:

The Council wishes to engage the services of an external provider in order to fund the capital purchase of vehicles and provide certain services required by the Council in order to deliver a car leasing scheme for Council employees. It is envisaged such a scheme will be a salary sacrifice scheme whereby employees sacrifice part of their salary to lease a vehicle with the provider. However, the Council reserves its right to request alternative schemes for those employees not capable of sacrificing their salary. The Council has approximately 10 000 staff.
