Business continuity and ongoing certification for VCA MSC’s customers is a critical condition of any sale.
It is intended that customers’ existing contracts with VCA will be transferred by the purchaser on existing contract terms and conditions. Bidders will be required to demonstrate that they hold the necessary accreditation and recognition with the relevant accreditation bodies:
— Accreditation under any International Accreditation Forum (IAF) member
— Recognition by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF).
