Haberdashers’ Aske’s Federation has 3 Academies providing an education for children aged 3-18 in South London. They have been educating young people in this part of London since 1876 and throughout that time their approach has been epitomised by high standards and academic excellence, a tradition that continues today.
The Schools wish to place their cleaning services (as a group cluster or clusters) to competitive tender and are inviting professional cleaning organisations to bid for the contract which will be awarded following due process for an anticipated commencement date of 1.4.2016.
The contract will be for a maximum period of 5 years (3 plus 2).
Each of the Schools will be using the same dates for tender shortlist meetings and presentations and it is the intention of the cluster to award the contract to 1 company; although they retain the option to split into 3 lots.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: (1) All candidates will be required to produce a certificate or declaration demonstrating that they are not bankrupt or the subject of an administration order, are not being wound up, have not granted a trust deed, are not the subject of a petition presented for sequestration of their estate, have not had a receiver, manager or administrator appointed and are not otherwise apparently insolvent;
