The ICT managed service is to provide, technical support, system monitoring, change management and service management for an initial period of 3 years with a possibility to extend the contract for 2 further periods of 12 months each.
The school employs its own technical onsite staff to manage and maintain IT within the school. The procurement is for a managed service to support the onsite staff.

This contract is for the provision of a ICT Managed Service at Chosen Hill School from September 2018. The contract is being offered for a three year period and the proposed commencement date is 1.9.2018. Chosen Hill School is a secondary school and sixth form with over 1 400 students. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
