In order to support this expanding design and construction commitment and progress the school’s redevelopment programme Solihull MBC wishes to appoint a principal contractor for the refurbishment and extension of Yorkswood Primary School, providing for all associated infrastructure, services, highways and external play and landscaped areas.
Yorkswood Primary School will increase from a two form entry into a two and a half form entry (540 pupil places and nursery).
Under this procurement the operator is required to actively participate in the economic and social regeneration ethos of the Council and accordingly contract performance conditions may relate to socio-economic and environmental considerations.
