Description of the goods or services required

Suppliers must register interest in this contract opportunity through the Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) procurement portal – www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation is availabe for download from there.

Suppliers should submit their tender responses through the secure postbox on Public Contracts Scotland no later than the stated deadline. The postbox facility will not accept any submissions after the deadline and it is the responsibility of suppliers to ensure submissions are received before the deadline.

Under any resulting contract, the appointed contractor(s) will be required to support the contracting authority’s economic and social regeneration objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations.

The aim of the project is to maintain sites owned and managed by SE in a tidy condition that is appropriate to their current use. The sites vary from business parks with high quality landscape layout that require high levels of maintenance to vacant plots of land that require minimal maintenance and need monitoring to be kept tidy.
