Description of the goods or services required

The Scottish Government is seeking to establish a single supplier framework agreement for the purpose of providing staff with learning and training with regard to procurement activities. This is in line with the delivery outcome – “Our public services are high quality, continually improving, efficient and responsive to local people’s needs”.

The Contractor will be responsible for the following:

* Delivering face-to-face training activities from the learning programme and incorporating end-user feedback in order to improve and contextualise these events for staff across the whole of the Scottish Government.

* Developing training activities for inclusion into the learning programme.

* Keeping any activities under continuous review and improvement in conjunction with the relevant contract manager and using appropriate evaluation data.

Total quantity or scope of tender

The framework value over the initial 2 year term is estimated to be in the range of 200,000 – 300,000 GBP. In the event that the Scottish Ministers extend the agreement up to a maximum of 4 years (inclusive of the initial term), the estimated value range shall be 400,000 – 600,000 GBP.

The Scottish Government is keen to create supply chain opportunities via the establishment of this framework agreement.
