The London Borough of Hackney is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Security & Concierge Services. This Framework Agreement will comprise of three (3) Lots which are as are as follows:

Lot 1-Security Guarding, Key Holding and Alarm Response;

Lot 2-Vacant Premises and Estates Security;

Lot 3-Concierge Services.

The London Borough of Hackney wishes to engage/work in partnership with an external Contractor(s) that can deliver the above service requirements. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of four (4) years and it is intended that the framework agreement will start on 1.3.2018.
