Norwich City Council operates 2 multi-storey car parks (St Andrews and St Giles) which are staffed by a combination of council employees and contracted guards.
In addition to this Norwich City Council are in the process of Building a new multi-storey car park at Rose Lane, Norwich the security requirements for which we are including in our requirement. This new car park will also be staffed by a combination of council employees and contracted guards.
