DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS SITES, Northampton (Tranche 4):

To actively market two former school sites, namely Lings Upper(4.12acres) & Emmanuel Middle(9.70acres), progress negotiations with interested parties, discussing these and recommending a course of action to NCC’s Estates Officer, taking instructions, attending meetings as necessary, preparing Heads of Terms, preparing instructions to NCC’s Legal Department and seeing the sale(s) through to legal completion etc.

Interested parties are invited to complete the attached RFQ document and return to RWilkins@northamptonshire.gov.uk by 12noon on 7th May 2015
