Dwr Cymru Cyfyngedig (DCC) requires the services of a contractor to provide a cost effective and efficient service for the operation and maintenance of a specific list of Sewage Pumping Stations (SPS) and Combined Sewer Overflows (CSO) spread across north Wales. There are 415 sites in total of which 370 are SPS. The scope will include but is not limited to, servicing and maintaining equipment, blockage clearance, chemical dosing, building and grounds maintenance and planned preventative maintenance. The contractor may also be required to provide or to assist in providing, certain planned capital works.
This Notice is a request for expressions of interest for inclusion on a list of applicants to be invited to tender for these agreements. Applicants wishing to participate in the tender process are, in the first instance, required to submit a pre-qualification questionnaire which will be forwarded to those companies making such an expression of interest.

Whilst it is anticipated that the initial expenditure will be in the region of 1 000 000 GBP to 1 500 000 GBP per annum in total, this is approximate only and the values will be to such level as DCC require for their operational needs. Capital expenditure currently accounts for approximately 70 % of the total and this is subject to ongoing capital review and prioritisation.
