The Service will provide confidential open access, cost-effective, high-quality provision for contraception and prevention, diagnosis and management of sexually transmitted infections, according to evidence-based protocols and adapted to the needs of local populations.

The Contract will be awarded for an initial term of 26 months with an additional option to extend for a further 12 months to be exercised at the discretion of the Contracting Authority. Under the procurement exercise, organisations are required to participate actively in the economic and social regeneration of the locality of, and surroundings of, the place of delivery for the procurements including environmental impact. Contract performance conditions may therefore relate in particular to social and environmental considerations.
