The Commissioner wishes to consolidate existing advocacy services, namely

Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA)

Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA)

Care Act Advocacy (CAA)

NHS Complaints Advocacy

Paid Relevant Persons (PRP)

Learning Disability Advocacy
into a single arrangement utilising a hub model. The model is described in more detail later in this specification.
