The design and build of circa 64 number affordable housing units over numerous sites in Shropshire to incorporate all mechanical and electrical and external works. Funding for 62 units is partially by the Homes and Communities Agency and as such the units will need to be built to associated standards. There are a mixture of units ranging from 2 bed terrace houses to larger 3 bed properties and bungalows. It is the intention of Shropshire Council to form an Arms-Length Management Organisation (ALMO) to manage its housing stock and it will be this organisation that will be the purchaser and whom Shropshire Council are procuring the aforementioned works for . The ALMO, which is not yet formed, will be named Shropshire Town and Rural Housing.

The lots are split between two geographical areas in North and South Shropshire. It is the intention of Shropshire Council to form an Arms-Length Management Organisation (ALMO) to manage its housing stock and it will be this organisation that will be the purchaser and whom Shropshire Council are procuring the aforementioned works for . The ALMO, which is not yet formed, will be named Shropshire Town and Rural Housing.
