Yorkshire Water Services (YWS) have a variety of different sign and signage requirements, that serve different purposes across the Business.
— Health and Safety; Regulatory and Informational: Standard off the shelf H&S signs, with the purpose of highlighting hazards/warnings/general H&S to our Employees or Site Visitors. Majority are standard signs that conform to The Health and Safety (Safety Signs and Signals) Regulations 1996 but YWS do require bespoke Health and Safety/Informational Signs.
— General Signage: External and Internal Signage — Site Names/Building Names, Informational, Directional, Departmental /Office Signs.
— Recreational: Tourist Information signs with the purpose of enhancing the experience for the Public. Recreational signs are predominantly around Reservoirs, but also include Moors, Woodlands and Nature Reserve.
— Capital Partner Signs: One off Bespoke informational signs — Capital Partners use signs to communicate activity, informational facts and reasons behind the activity to the public/effected areas. The purpose it to manage relations and to mitigate any customer phone calls to our Call Centre.
— Standard A Frame, Road and highway signs.
Yorkshire Water Services are wanting to appoint a Single supplier that has the ability to supply the above in different materials (predominately Aluminium/Aluminium compounds, Vinyl/rigid PVC) but also have the ability to install these signs across the Yorkshire region.
