Somerset County Council is tendering for a specialist integrated domestic abuse service to support the delivery of the wider domestic abuse strategy, with a vision to
“… lead a co-ordinated effort to both prevent and reduce incidences of all types of domestic abuse and sexual violence in Somerset. Everyone can contribute to raise awareness of not just the effects that this has, but to challenge those who tolerate it and help protect those affected.”

The contract being offered is due to commence on:
1.4.2020 to 31.3.2023 (3 years) (with the option to extend for 2 further periods of up to 24 months each).
For avoidance of doubt, the maximum duration of the contract, including permitted extensions will be for 7 years (84 months) until 31.3.2027.
