— SCDC is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide cleaning services for its main offices at Cambourne and SCDC’s Waterbeach Depot. In addition there may be other SCDC sites that the contract will be extended to during the contract term.

— SCDC are therefore seeking tenders via a Public Contract Regulations 2015 Open Procedure.

— The contract term is for 3 years with the option to extend each and every year for a further 2 years. The estimated contract value range is 60 000 GBP to 80 000 GBP per year. Please note that the advertisement value will be based on the entire contract term (5 years). A 3-month break clause will be inserted in to the contract allowing either party to give 3 months written notice without prejudice.

— Please note that TUPE will apply to this contract and there will be a number of staff that will need to TUPE transfer from the existing service provider.
