If the result of this reference would mean a Tenderer failing to meet the Council’s requirements for financial viability or a credit reference is not available, the Council will require further evidence (e.g. published accounts) in order to finalise its assessment. The Council may also impose a Bond or Performance guarantee on the successful Tenderer.
