Leicester City Council (LCC) commission, on behalf of the Safer Leicester Partnership (which includes the following organisations: Leicesteshire Police, NHS Leicester City, Leicestershire & Rutland Probation Trust and Leicester City Council) a number of services to provide a comprehensive drug and alcohol treatment provision for adults within the City of Leicester.
Leicester City Council will be seeking to undertake a competitive tender process to re-procure these services later in 2012/2013. The procurement exercise will include all adult community based specialist drug and alcohol services in Leicester. Towards informing the process and developing appropriate and innovative service specifications. Leicester City Council are undertaking this soft market testing exercise to seek independent views to support and shape the procurement activity (this PIN is NOT a call for competition).
