We are seeking a provider with a proven track record of managing and delivering high quality statutory advocacy services alongside health and social care partner agencies, to clients eligible to receive these particular services. The successful organisation or consortium will be required to evaluate and evidence the impact of service delivery on the lives of clients living in Derbyshire.

Fixed term 5 years with the option to extend for three 12 month periods.
The expected annual spend by the Council is approximately 380 000 GBP per annum and 3 040 000 GBP over the maximum life of the contract.
