The framework for specialist residential care services for people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health issues and physical disabilities will be for a period of 36 months commencing 1.4.2016 until 31.3.2019, with an option to extend for a further 12 month period. Placements will be made under individual call off arrangements. This tender incorporates the following Lots:
Lot 1 — Specialist Residential care services for people with Mental Health needs.
Lot 2 — Specialist Residential care services for people with Physical Disabilities, including neurological conditions.
Lot 3 — Specialist Residential care services for people with Learning Disabilities, including autism and challenging behaviours.
Tenderers can apply for and be appointed to one or more Lots.

The Framework is for a period of 36 months beginning 1.4.2016 to 31.3.2019; there is an option to extend for a further 12 months from1.4.2019 to 31.3.2020. Under this procurement, the contractor is required to participate actively in the economic and social regeneration of the locality of, and surroundings of, the place of delivery for the procurement.
