To provide a service throughout Northern England and North Wales to transport deceased tissue and eye donors from hospital mortuaries to the Dedicated Donor Facility in Liverpool. Following the tissue donation, return the donor from the Dedicated Donor Facility to the originating Hospital/Trust mortuary located within Northern England and North Wales.

The Contracting Authority will not shortlist any supplier to be invited where any of the reason detailed in Sub-Section 7, Regulation 57 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015, are deemed to apply. Where an economic operator is unable for a valid reason to provide the financial information which the Contracting Authority has requested in Section III, the Contracting Authority shall accept such other information provided by the economic operator as the Contracting Authority considers appropriate. The Contracting Authority will shortlist suppliers to be invited to tender based upon an assessment of the information provided in response to Section III. The Contracting Authority will not require potential suppliers to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ).
