— Highway, footway and lighting improvements,

— Highway structures and bridges,

— Traffic modelling and scheme appraisals,

— Site investigations,

— Desk top and design/management of on-site investigations.

Lot 1 is typically for commissions (Task Order) requiring more than 1 discipline. Bidders must provide all the disciplines in the Lot. There is no maximum for the value of each Task Order placed (commission) or the number of Task Orders placed during the framework period. The Council does reserve the right to order or market test high value commissions through existing national frameworks for professional services.
