The Service wishes to install a Staff All Access System as part of its strategy towards implementing a remote access system for use by all staff, with the aim of expanding to include contractors, communicating through its existing IP network and using its Intranet facilities.
The Service wishes to install a Staff All Access System as part of its strategy towards implementing a remote access system for use by all staff, with the aim of expanding to include contractors, communicating through its existing IP network and using its Intranet facilities. This will be managed through a central server which is the part of this tender.
The requirement is for a Staff All Access System which can provide remote access managed centrally, restricting access as required based of staff needs and security requirements.
The system should also provide graphical reports based on usage, bandwidth and exceptions.
The staff should be integrated using the existing Active Directory system for ease of management.
The back-end database should have the ability to be queried via reporting tools such as Crystal Reports.
SWF&RS are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced installers of Staff All Access Systems who are accredited to an approved scheme who can supply, install and maintain a system to meet this tender and functional specification.
