The scope of this contract is to provide Staff and customer Training for Liverpool Mutual Homes (LMH) and LMH groups
LMH are looking to appoint suppliers who will work with them to deliver a highly customer focused, effective and efficient service whilst maximising the potential for knowledge, education and training. LMH will require a variety of training.
The framework will be divided into 8 lots
LMH are seeking a suitable Supplier(s) to:

provide excellent training and qualifications at the first point of contact

provide a seamless service, maintaining the highest standard of professional integrity, Training, reliability, accuracy and value for money.

Aspire to the vision and values of LMH

Provide as many quality training schemes/days or course as possible at the first point of contact and to act as advocates for staff

Provide experience, knowledge and expertise to respond to enquiries covering a wide range of Services.

Provide bespoke and customised training which meets the objectives set out by LMH

Provide flexibility and capability to take on more services/enquiries as required.

For Project Management roles, it is expected that staff provided to LMH have Price 2 accredited and have and have experience of working within the Housing Sector.
For Infrastructure Training, it is expected that the staff provided to LMH have skills, qualifications and experience of: Servers, Citrix XenApp, Active Directory, VMWare, Exchange, NetApp and SQL.
For Application Training, it is expected that the staff provided to LMH have experience of working in the housing sector and have knowledge of Orchard Housing.
Future Objectives
The Preferred Supplier must ensure that any work variations proposed by or required by LMH that will incur charges in addition to those tendered in these documents must be agreed in writing with LMH’s HR Team. LMH will not accept any charges for work that has not been agreed in advance.
Though LMH has no inclination to do so at present, the Tenderer should be aware that LMH reserves the right to reduce our service provision in future, if
it is deemed appropriate.

Business Continuity
The preferred supplier must ensure that they build resilience into their solution to support LMH’s service requirements.
Pricing
LMH expect the Preferred Suppliers to complete the bespoke specifications for ad-hoc training requirements within the framework lots.

Range: between 1 200 000 and 1 400 000 GBP

Award Criteria
This contract will be awarded with reference to the Most Economic Advantageous Tender (MEAT). Contracts for individual Training courses will be awarded under the framework, by means of LMH conducting Mini-competitions, open to all approved suppliers/contractors for any future call offs. These Training courses will be awarded as a result of the mini-competition evaluation, evaluated on the highest scoring supplier/contractor consisting of a combination of both quality score from the initial tender process and ranking and price scores from the individual mini-competitions.
Pricing
LMH expect the Preferred Suppliers to complete the bespoke specifications for ad-hoc training requirements within the framework lots.
