Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for a Framework for Training to School Staff: Supporting Pupils at School with Medical Conditions. The Service Provider will:

— Work collaboratively with Hampshire Inspection and Advisory Service (HIAS), Public Health and other key stakeholders to develop and co-deliver an up to date training programme in relation to current and future government guidance ‘Supporting Pupils at School with Medical Conditions’;

— Work with HIAS to develop and maintain a model that reflects a whole school approach to Supporting Pupils with Medical Conditions;

— Working with HIAS to develop other courses where required.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The Framework will be with 1 provider. It will commence on 1.9.2016 and will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for 2 further 1-year periods.

The successful provider will have to have trainers with relevant occupational competence and sufficient back office capacity to administer the training and competency assessment process.

Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 14:00 on 10.5.2016.
