This lot is for adults living in their own home or within an extra care setting. Providers must be able to meet the needs of adults aged 18+ who have mental health, learning disability, physical disability and /or sensory loss.

The indicative vale per month is 667 586 GBP. From contract commencement on 30.9.2018 – 30.9.2022 this value is 35 382 058 GBP, and if the optional extensions are taken 51 404 122 GBP. These figures are indicative and may increase or decrease depending on client numbers.
