Description of the contract

WDC currently stores a number of items across the district and is seeking a solution that meets the requirements of all sections across WDC. Bidders need to be advised the access is required 24 hours a day 7 days a week 52 weeks a year throughout the contract period (if any contract awarded). Further details are provided in Part B and Appendix A.It is the intention if any contract awarded other Contracting Authorities including SCDC, James Paget University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Sentinel Leisure Trust, other Local Authorities and Registered Charities may in the future wish to utilise this contract (if any awarded). For the purpose of the procurement process WDC will be the Contracting Authority.
