The Strategy Planning Workshop product has been designed to enable a business to focus its strategy for pro-active business development. It provides senior management teams time away from the business to explore the challenges, opportunities and threats facing their business and agree on the future direction of the business.

The product offers focus on the strategic direction of their business, to reach a consensus on this, and provide an outline action plan for future implementation. It is targeted at small to medium sized companies whose management team have limited experience/access to the knowledge required to understand the importance of strategy development prior to engaging in a new direction/project. The companies will have identified potential opportunities to deliver business growth through international and/or domestic market expansion, but may be unsure as to next steps or whether it is the right direction for the business.

Q4B.3 — Where turnover information is not available for the time period requested, the bidder will be required to state the date which they were set up or started trading.

Q4B.4 Bidders will required to state the value for the liquidity ratio. The liquidity ratio should be equal to or greater than 0.8.

Q4B.5.1 — Please confirm whether you already have, or can commit to obtain, prior to the commencement of the contract, appropriate levels of insurance for this contract. Bidders that do not already have, or cannot commit to obtain insurances, may be excluded from further participation in this procurement exercise.

Q4C.1.2 — Bidders will be required to provide 2 examples that they have the relevant experience to deliver the services/supplies as described in Part II.2.4 of the OJEU Contract Notice or the relevant section of the Site Notice. These will be evaluated on a Pass/Fail basis. Pass equals providing 2 examples detailing relevant experience to deliver the service. Fail equals failure to provide 2 examples detailing examples detailing relevant experience to deliver the service. Bidders can submit examples in a separate document to allow room to provide details of the service provided. As part of your submission, please do not upload general marketing information or supplementary reports that have not been requested. Bidders must provide one example which demonstrates strategy development for a domestic market and one example which demonstrates strategy development for an international market.
