This service is responsible for managing the authorities stock of around 18 500 social housing properties located within the City of Norwich.
The contracts will be awarded in three lots on a 2 + 2 year contract basis as follows:

Norwich City Council requires the following three structural and civil engineering consultancy services for projects which are being managed by its housing property management service operated by NPS Norwich Ltd. This service is responsible for managing the authorities stock of around 18 500 social housing properties located within the City of Norwich.
The contracts will be awarded in three lots on a 2 + 2 year contract basis.
