The Services are health and social work services [CPV Code: 85000000] within the meaning and scope of Annex XIV of Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament (‘the Directive’) and Schedule 3 to the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (‘the Regulations’), which are governed Articles 74 to 76 of the Directive, and Regulations 74 to 76 of the Regulations.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to award any contract as result of the procurement process commenced by publication of this notice and in no circumstances will the Authority be liable for any costs incurred. Any expenditure, work or effort undertaken prior to contract award is accordingly a matter solely for the commercial judgement of potential suppliers.
