Repair, maintenance and associated services related to aircraft and other equipment. 2 year Framework Agreement for the supply of spares and associated services with an option to extend for a further year. Associated services will include but not be restricted to the provision of repairs to spares and unit exchanges in support of the RAF BAE 146 Fleet. The scope of the requirement covers between 2-3,000 different items. It is anticipated that the requirement will be divided into Lots the exact division of which is still being defined. The final division of Lots will be detailed in the Invitation to Tender.

Lot 1 Provision of Spares (depending on the final size of this requirement this Lot may be divided into separate Lots).
Lot 2 Provision of Unit Exchange Service.
Lot 3 Provision of Repairs to Spares.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: The Authority will apply all the offences listed in Article 45(1) of Directive 2004/18/EC (implemented as Regulation 23(1) of the Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2006 in the UK) and all of the professional misconducts listed at Article 45(2) of Directive 2004/18/EC (see also Regulation 23(2) in the PCR 2006) to the decision of whether a Candidate is eligible to be invited to tender.
